SOME GUY NAMED CONEY
Some Guy Named Coney is my ongoing DJ project where I explore my passion for music.
No briefs. No clients. Just a creative outlet that gives me immense joy.
Custom t-shirt design.
I make my own social videos to promote gigs.
Each of my mixes includes a poem to give listeners a peak into my inspiration and help tell the story behind my music choices.
“Hour 3”
rooftop sweat
sun nowhere to be found
friends scattered
half past 1
mind wanders in the flow of hour 3
heart beat connected to the heat
“On Your Feet”
Come on girl get on your feet
Tell your friends you won’t conceit
The dance floor’s callin feel the heat
Come on boy get on your feet
The crew can wait, this that sheet
The dance floor’s callin feel the beat
